  1. dont do it you only know him from talking you dont really know what he is like or not like supose he was a wife better or he already has a wife supose he was only using you to get into the us

  2. Eastern C had a good answer.  The fiance visa, or F-1, allows you to apply to bring your fiance into this country, in which you promise to marry within 6 months.  If you don't, he has to leave before that deadline.  After wards, he receives conditional Legal Permanent Resident status.  After two years, he can apply to remove conditions to his status.  If it's granted, then he can apply for Adjustment of Status to became a United States citizen.  The process does take a long time, and even if you try to do all the paperwork yourself, the filing fees with USCIS get expensive.  And if you make the littlest mistake, your application will be denied.  I recommend consulting with a knowledgable immigration attorney who can do this process for you.

  3. get him a fiance visa (i think is form 129) and get marry in US, this is the formal and quickest way (maybe 4-6 months)you can be together. If you marry outside US then you have to apply the visa for relatives (form 130) and it can take many years. Check the government site or embassy outside US.
