Money section of MSN...input company then click details...insider trading etc. I like the setup better on there....but google finance is pretty good as well.

First 3 concerns have a say in IPO pricing.

Aft the listing, last, that is ppl buying and selling decide the price they are willing to pay for the stock.

Stock exchanges also have a continuous control over stock price in terms of circuit filters
