The moon was kinda shaking...

I remember a few years ago, i rmember looking at the moon, and it was kind of shaking, like not a lot, but enough to kinda tell. i was wondering if anyone knew what that means. i havnt seen it do that since then, but it looked really cool, like the moon was cold or something. haha

Atmospheric disturbances in the Earth atmosphere.  The moon itself did not shake.  

Think about when you are driving down the road on a hot day and you see in the distance the heat waves giving the road ahead the illusion of moving.  It is the same type of illusion that gave the moon the look you saw.
