  1. No, but you will get heat exhaustion, and your wallet will lose weight quick to keep put you in the hospital.  You have to focus on fat loss, not weight loss.  Think of it this way, if you suddenly lost those 20 lbs would you be happy? I think so.  What if you lost those 20 lbs and gained 20 lbs of pure muscle? You'd weigh the same as now, but you'd be ripped, happy? Yeh, I think you'd like that even more.  So its all about the fat loss. Putting on sweats won't make fat loss quicker, just water loss, and that's bad.  For every 1% of water lost your athletic ability diminishes by 15%, a 2% loss of water begins to cause short term memory loss (making you temporarily stupid).  Don't do it.  Just eat right and keep running.

  2. Both of those people are wrong,

The hard you sweat...The harder it shows your working and youy are cooling you body down!

  3. yes! IT'S TRUE! that's why when you're sitting down in the heat, sweating your butt off, you can see yourself much skinnier! NO!

  4. No, you'll just be losing water.  Dress for the weather and run longer.

  5. yes that is true. Sweating is very good because the toxins in your body are released too

  6. No -- when you sweat you are just losing water weight. Drink a glass of water and you'll put it all back on.

Fat burn is all about getting your heart rate up.

  7. ohh heckya u will loose it faster why do u think the ufc fighters and all the super strong skinny ppl spend about 3 hours in the sauna
