  1. d. Triton...due to the enormous pressures its' mother planet causes on it.

  2. Io.  Tidal heating from Jupiter and the other moons churns it's insides.

Triton is a moon of Neptune.

Titan is a moon of Saturn.

  3. C.) Io, a moon of Jupiter

  4. Io.  Any picture you'll ever find of the surface is now out of date.

  5. Io is very active.  Mars and the moon are not.  I'm not sure about Triton but I cannot think of any reason why it should be particularly active.  Go with Io.  LOTS of volcanic activity.

  6. Io, the moon of jupiter

the rest are geologically inactive, and isnt triton a moon of saturn anyway?

  7. (c). Io

Io's extreme geologic activity is the result of tidal heating from friction generated in its interior by Jupiter's varying gravitational pull
