Question:

The most horrible day of my life!!?

just kidding! But it was my first day of volleyball camp and i think i am in the worst pain of my entire life. I took a really hot bath and i am not that sore anymore but do you think i will be really sore in the morning? If so rate it from a 1-10.

  1. oooh ya...sorry but i would say like a muscle sore of 5-7 maybe. especially walking up and down stairs and bending.

    whenever i have a really hard practice i take a advil the night before and roll out my muscles with a rolling pin. also stretch the sore muscles


  2. I'm right with you. Today I had volleyball camp and I really can't move. But yeah tomorrow I hope we both won't hurt.

  3. 8 volleyball makes you feel pain in places you couldn't possibly think. It'll get better. My coaches said the only way to make the pain stop is to exercise more. Sorry to say, but their telling the truth. I hope u feel better!!!!

    stretch before you go to bed and stretch really well in the morning

    take advil and an icy hot patch if you need to

  5. All I know is that the pain feels good. Volleyball camp made my muscles sore, but in the morning, after you eat and warmup/stretch, you shouldn't feel anything. If, for some reason, your muscles are just reluctant to move the next morning, remember to put on some Bengay on your leg muscles before you go to sleep. It'll feel much better - well, at least it did for me.

    I've been sore before volleyball camp, so I didn't think it was that bad, but if you've never been in that much pain, I'd have to say you're going to be a 7. You'll feel the full brunt of the soreness right after volleball camp, when you start resting. That's when the pain comes because your muscles will no longer be warm/loose, so they'll start stiffening, causing you to not be able to move.

  6. 10 - You will still be sore in the morning.My first day of volleyball camp left me sore for two days.

  8. it will prbly be a 6-8. i just went to a volleyball camp, and it was escruciating. it hurt for about a week and a half too. after my second camp though, i just went to the doctor to get some pain meds and stuff. it works. he may not give you those, but he will give you something.

  9. you should be sorer in the morning so probably a 9 or 10 loosen up and get your muscles warm and they wont hurt as much
