The most important quality in accomplishing arts?

as the title above,what do you think is the most important quality of a person that determines to the success in arts?

Fulfillment  in what they are doing.

Passion and dedication. You have to feel your work and know it to connect and therefore bringing forth sometimes masterpieces in whatever area of the arts a person is passionate and dedicated to/about.

The characteristic that all successful people have (not just the ones pursuing the arts) is that they follow their hearts and are determined to satisfy themselves.
