I bought a kitten from a breeder and on the contract I signed it says the kitten can be returned with a full refund if in 5 working days a health problem is found by a licensed vet. On the third day of purchase I took the kitten to the vet cause he has had bloody diarrhea from the moment I got him home. And the kitten was diagnosed with enteritis and I contacted the breeder immediately but he said he could only take back the kitten with no refund. I emailed and called him several times but he seldom responded. He is CFA registered and I don't know if there is other ways to get him obey the rules of the contract besides taking him to small court?

Ask him if he has a friend that likes him enough to go to the bathroom with him and hold his member and wipe his butt. Because you are going to have someone break his hands and you can't do either for yourself with broken hands.

nope small claims court is the only way to go

i saw this same thing on judge judy a week or two ago

only the case was about dogs

but dont worry the other party if found guilty pays the court fees

Small claims court is the way you'll have to go.  It's a civil matter, the police will not be able to get involved.  I would contact the Better Business Bureau too, if he is a licensed breeder.  If he is not abiding by the contract he wrote, the other people will want to know that!  Make sure you have all documentation from your vet for court.
