The mother board on my computer was changed last week. The attempt to re-install my McAfee Total Protection for Small Business, which I purchased with my computer from Dell in August 08, failed. The key code I entered from the cd packet was designated as already in use. Yes, it is my key code!There has been no response from McAfee customer services to my emails sending details of the invoice for the purchase of the Total Protection from Dell which they requested in order to provide me with a new key code.Meanwhile, I continue to recieve weekly Total Protection Service Summary reports, including one sent on Saturday 25 October 08 - ie. after my attempts to re-install my cd.Does this mean that the McAfee virus protection service is still in operation for my computer?Please advise.Rosemary Gordon
