The-n doesn't work for Dish?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Why won't it work? It is on channel 169 but noggin is on. I am so mad. Last night Degrassi was on but the guide said it was all noggin shows. When will it work?

the n has gone to another separate network from noggin.
