Unless your baby is Asian I would change the spelling.  How about Tara?

Or how about Thyme?  It's pronounced "Time" which is unique, and Thyme is an herb that is used in fine cuisine.  The ancient egyptians believed Thyme to be a source of courage.

ive never heard it on a girl, i think its lovely for a boy though. what about Tia (Tee Ah) or Thea (Tay Ah) i have friends with those names and they are very feminine and sweet. Tai (are you pronouncing it like Tie?) ive always heard it on boys and i love it, i guess it could work on a girl.
