The name Ziva for my baby?

hi, i'm thinking of the name Ziva for my unborn girl, but i was just wondering if it means anything in different languages/regions/cultures.

My husband wanted to name our kid that when I get pregnant....I said no...But i do think its a powerful name...he likes it b/c he likes that girl on NCIS haha ne ways just look it up and see if it means anything...I wouldn't personally name my kid that but hey its not my baby it is yours :) I do like it just wouldn't name my child that.... good luck!!!

IMO giving  a child a completely unique name like that is a great idea for the parents, but remember the child has to live with that name forever. I was given a unique name by my parents, and while I know they meant well, my life was h*ll from the lower grades right into high school. The teasing I took (IMO) was at least partially responsible for a horrible lack of self confidence which I battle with to this day.

I think you should name you baby what ever you like, Just look it up and find out.
