The name of the tune is "First Call."  The term call to the post is not as specific and is not the name of the actual tune. "Boots and Saddles" is an entirely different tune but Keeneland in Kentucky uses it instead of "First Call."

Either "first call" or, in the case of the American Triple Crown races, one of the following is played when the horses step onto the track for the post parade: "My Old Kentucky Home" ( Churchill Downs) "Maryland, My Maryland ( Pimlico) and either "Sidewalks of New York" or "New York, New York" ( Belmont Park)  Otherwise, it is "call to the post".
