  1. A. acetylcholine

  2. The question is a bit unclear.  Acetycholine is the neurotransmitter at the neuromuscular junction, so it is responsible for straited muscle contraction.

However, what initiates events is a much more complex question.  That is, what are the neurotransmitters that make one reach for a beer when an ad is seen on TV?

This involves a long chain of neurological events that involves many neurotransmitters, some inhibitory and some excitatory.

In any event, the other three answers are not neurotransmitters, so A is the best one by elimination.
