The new 25 questoin driving test in CT..?

you know how in connecticut, the driving laws are gonna change beginning aug. 1 2008, teens are gonna have more requirements, the test will change for them (from 16 questions to 25).

Does the test affect everyone else, 18 and older, or is it only for 16 and 17 year olds?? will 18 and older take the old 16 question test, or the new 25 question one??

The restrictions are for 16 and 17 year olds who do not get their permit before August 1, 2008.  All others follow the current law.

So, it doesn't cover 18 year old learners.  I didn't see anything about changing the written test for adults.  There is even an audio driver's manual online there.
