The new APC is to start in 2008, what is the 2007 APC?

I got an email from the ARU saying the APC (Australian Provincial Champoinship) was approved to start in 2008. I have heard about current (2007) results for the APC. Does anyone know what the APC for 2007 is, and can provide a link to a story on it starting in 2007?

For 2006/7 it is just the 4 Australian Super 14 teams playing each other.

After 2008 it will be an 8 team competitiion featuring new teams, a step down from Super 14 level.
