The new aptara 300mpg vehicle.?

aptara made a vehicle that gets 300 mpg. here's a link:

now my question.... it says on the page, if you read it all, that technically "it's a motorcycle"

if it's a motorcycle, will people be required by law to have a motorcycle license to drive one?

Due to how it's constructed and driven a motorcycle license won't be required, but it is registered and insured as one.  You also won't need a helmet to operate it.

They've backed way off from that 300mpg claim, by the way.
