The new hotel (gold river) at portaventura nr salou. is it in the actual grounds or outside park?

it is literally just across from the entrance to the park, you couldn't really be any closer, all of port aventuras hotels are built right next to the park, it's not like disneyland paris for example where you have to travel for miles to get to a hotel, and aswell the hotels (and the park) are no more than 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and salou's main tourist area with all the british bars clubs etc.., it's ideal really, it's so compact, port aventura is literally built onto the end of salou.

I think you must be talking about a hotel located outside of Disney.
