Yes, the July 2008 issue of Seventeen magazine is officially out on newsstands tomorrow, which is Tuesday, June 3rd.  The issue is a flip cover, featuring Alicia Keys on one side and Whitney Thompson, the winner of America's Next Top Model Cycle 10, on the other side.
