If they are following in suit from the original movies then shouldn't it be the Penguin and Catwoman? However it doesn't seem like they are following to suit too carefully, as they had two-face in the same movie as the joker, in the Dark Knight but in the original movies this was not the case

Supposedly there will be no Joker because the director(Christopher Nolan) feels that it's better to let Heath's preformance as it is, so nobody else will play The Joker. There are rumors that The Penguin and The Riddler (again, there are rumors that Johnny Depp was offered the role) will be introduced. Honestly, I think that not having The Joker will not make the movie  as good(Heath's preformance was incredible)... but who knows!

I hope it's Harley Quinn! But I seriously doubt they would bring her in because they (hopefully) know that it would be a CRIME to bring back the Joker with someone other than Heath Ledger. Lucius Fox did hint at Catwoman when he was talking to Bruce about his new suit. I think Catwoman would be awesome!

P.S. I know Scarface, but he doesn't seem like Nolan's style... but he's awesome too! :D

I don't think that Two-face really died...they just showed the public that Harvey Dent ( the good guy) died?? Just my opinion.
