My thoughts are that there are plenty of real problems in the world, floods, 9000 little children dying in a school in China after the earthquake-this one isn't really worth considering.  You think you might be able to come up with an alternative energy source-a replacement for gasoline/fossil fuels using the number 23?  Now that might be worth something!

Yes, you can make all sorts of calculations out of it, which supposedly are linked to all sorts of freaky things.  But i think that this could be done with many other numbers.
