The number you are calling can not receive calls.?

I am trying to call a bridal shop (they have my flower girl dress) and i get a recording that states "the number you are calling can not receive calls at this time" ... it is not a recording by the shop but by the phone company probably....

What does this mean? Did they shut off their phone?

  1. That recording comes up when you don't pay your bill and your phone is shut off.


  2. Best you make a trip there post haste. It may be more than just their phone that is turned off.
