  1. The ocean floor does collect sediments, but it is not flat - there are mountains and valleys just as vast as those above sea level.

  2. Somewhat true.  The ocean floor is not completely flat and in some places there are mountains and valleys...even volcanoes erupting under water too.  Some sediments do come from the continents and collect there...causing sedimentary rocks.  There are new rocks under the ocean as well from sea floor spreading.  This is where two plates are diverging or spreading and new magma comes up and fills in...creating new rocks.

  3. False. There are ridges and abysses, resulting from volcanic and tectonic activity.

  4. False,  the only difference between the land above the water and below  the water is THE water.

  5. FALSE, ALTHOUGH SOME IS A FLAT PLAIN SOME IS MOUNTAINS AND VALLIES.

  6. Well, i'm sure it collects sediment, but the ocean floor is not flat.  There are valleys and mountains under the ocean just like there are above the ocean

  7. yes ! it is true and proof is all in how the sea floor is rich in minerals ( collects sediments ) but false because it is not flat
