  1. I dont think there is really an age limit on divers but she looks younger than 15 and she looks way to d**n thin at 28kg who survives being that tiny

    this is correct, they simply have to be 16 the calendar year of the olympics

    EXAMPLE: lets assume the olympics are on January 1st of a certain year (again, example) if an athlete was turning 16 on December 31 of that same year, they could still compete
