How do the relationships between Lancelot and Elaine, Lancelot and Guinever, Guinever and Arthur, and Arthur and Lancelot foreshadow the downfall of Camelot?

Cole is correct.  Feudal society was built on your personal relationships with your betters and your servants.  Your PERSONAL relationships.  Lancelot did not cause the Battle of Camlach personally, but his violations of the feudal code and the code of Courtly Love in EACH of those relationships does foreshadow what is going to happen.
