I know I have to go to the Vatican and Sistine Chapel and the Colosseum, but is there another 'can't miss' that's off the beaten path that not everyone knows about?

Go to the ' Chica boom" on the via venetta its a great night club ., no tourists just the Romans see how they party.

never been to Rome but I would do some research and see if there are any ancient ruins, temples or churches in the area.
