The one problem with Dubai is?

Everything I know about Dubai is from broadcast television or the internet so I do not feel qualified to judge which is the best answer. But I do want to know what you think, especially if you have first-hand experience of the place; send me an email if you want.

To accomplish things in within 50 years whereas it took other countries 500 years.

Other countries are grown whereas Dubai and the UAE are build. The UAE is just 50 years old and in some fields more advanced than other countries, but guess nobody saw this coming 50 years ago. That's why there is a lack now on accomodation, streets, parking spaces, public transportation, etc. Just problems which do not occur with a city "growing" and not just build.
