The orange, and sometime the blue fret on my xbox360 gh3 doesnt work!?

What can i do to fix this? LOL don't tell me to get a new one, okay... theres gotta be a way to fix this

is it because the neck of the guitar is loose? idk man, so please. some good help would be perfect!

If this is one of the black wireless guitars, then chances are you will need a new one.  After a while, the contacts between the neck and the body wear out, and there is no way to fix it.  Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it'll be better to just save yourself the trouble and find a new one.  Hope this helps, good luck!
