well, formal organization is simply the idea of trying to keep everyone from shouting at each other all at once, and perhaps somebody can get an idea out there.  Brueau-crazy is taking formal organization to a degree where you have to cut through tons of c**p, just to get an idea out there, much less get it acted on.  Global versions are a way for all of the people who think they can all work together while trying to make a buck off of each other isn't organized except in their own eyes...
