Well honestly if you can't even get her to the point there is no reason to worry. However, if you are good in the sack I suggest put a towel down under her or try doing her in like the pool, hot tub, or shower.

I always pee a little bit too before I make it to the toilet. I think it's probably because I've had a hysterectomy. Your girlfriend should mention this to her doctor; there are lots of medications she can take for urinary incontinence if it really gets bad. If nothing else, I guess she can wear a Depend undergarment in public.
