I was at my friend's house, unable to sleep so I was listening to music. About 2 am I started feeling very nervous like something bad was going to happen. Then I began seeing and hearing things, like shadows that looked monster-like and what sounded like a train running through my head. I started to get more and more fearful, and then I was all of a sudden very aware of all the bacteria on me, after this I only vaugely remember. I tried wiping the germs off with my hands, and was very sensitive to touch, light, and sound. I had to sit on my bathrobe because the carpet was almost hurting me. I got very scared of what was happening to me. My mom came to get me, and it passed 2 hours later. What was this?

  1. Sounds like one to me. Were you under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time?

  2. Sometimes it can be a  sub-conscious situation that you can't even control.

One time I went to my backyard and was relaxing and I heard weapons testing from camp pendelton (North of San Diego) and I started freaking out and thinking that we were about to get nuked.

And I'm not usually the person to freak out like that. It's a sub-conscious reaction I personally think.

  3. go to a psychotherapist  ...seems u r stressed

  4. I've had an episode like that before, and I KNOW how scary it probably was for you... it's horrible. I've also had panic attacks, but they've never been as bad as that one episode I had before. Usually when you get a panic attack you feel like you can't breathe, and you think you're going to die. I always thought maybe I had some kind of manic episode, because I had suffered from depression.

  5. You have experienced a strong panic attack mixed with your OCD (sure you have it)

Next time just chill about it and think that everything is allright and stay outta coffe/pot/alcohol

Also try this combination wich worked for me :

    Ca + Mg + folic acid + omega 3

    hope it helps
