Manny couldn't move up to 147. He JUST moved up to 135 and he started his pro career at 106. Margarito is too tall for Manny to even touch. Margarito would take him out.

no it will not happen. Margarito is 30 years old and by the time his career is done will be at the 154 weight class. Manny just moved up to 135. Nothing against Manny but it's a different ballgame suddenly moving up in weight and all of a sudden jumping up 2 weight classes. Neither boxer has anything to prove outside of both of their outstanding achievements. Please let both fighter enjoy their victories and make sensible fight predictions in the future....such as margarito vs de la hoya( oscar can drop the weight and this would be an incredible fight).

Manny would have to box (hit and run), just to survive.

Margarito would corner him much like he did against Cotto, and terribly break down Manny.

I'm a Pacquiao fan, but this is a terrible mismatch. Margarito would win by KO, or TKO stoppage... easily.
