  1. An alloy refurb would sort this problem out....yes.

As for brake dust you are always going to get that....Just jet hose the wheels before washing them, then jet hose them again should relieve a lot of the dust.

    Its just off the pads.

  2. well the bubbling is caused by air and water getting in they maybe did not seal it good as for the rust and dust caused by the breaks just get ceramic brake pads they emit smaller amount of dust and have good stoping power

  3. My alloys are doing the same - I asked at the garage and they said that the tiniest of scratches can result in water getting in there causing the paint to bubble.  Forking out for an alloy refurb is all well and good, but if you end up kerbing them you're going to have the same thing happen again and again.  I'll only be re-furbing mine when I plan to sell my car.

I'm afraid I can't offer advice on the brake discs so I won't even try!!

  4. Yes, alloy wheel refurbing should sort the bubbling, and brake discs do get a covering of rust within minutes of being parked, but they should be shiny immediately after a run, otherwise your brakes aren't working as they should.

  5. same answer as yesterday...yes
