The past two nights I felt like something was in the back of my throat?

This is only happening at night but like when I swallow it feels as if something is just sitting there stuck in my back of my throat like phlym and it makes me pretty much have to cough and when I do I gag. I have really bad gag reflexes.... I don't know what it could be though.....Especially since it is only happening at night. Last night I almost puked because of it..

Has anyone ever experienced this before?

You could be congested... if it's only happening at night,chances are you are probably in bed when it is happening..and the phelm is just settling in your throat.

If it keeps doing it,you should make an appointment with your doctor.
