The perfect boys body (abs)

hi I'm a 17 year old guy who as other guys whants abs. I'm 160, 6 feet tall i'm skinny but all of my abs musells are under my belly fat. How can i burn the fat the fastest way to get those perfect abs. Dose any one know how do those young teen guys get those really nice abs????? thanx

  1. Running/swimming is the best and easiest way. Eat 5 small meals a day. It'll boost your metabolism rate and burn the fats off faster. And you'll be looking as s**y as you can possibly be with those abs. I wish you luck buddy! OH, crunches help too!  


  2. Large amounts of aerobic exercises will be need to burn belly fat, because that's where the body naturally stores the greater portion of its fat. I run every day, and that works like a charm. I do 50 crunches every other night, doing those will help definition.

  3. At your age, you may still have some of your childhood fat lingering. It usually sloughs off on its own toward the end of your teens. Just somthing else to think about, y'know?

This is what i would do.  Don't assume you have a bunch of muscles under your fat.  they have to be developed first.  Situps, crunch's, leg lifts, etc.... just make them burn. work them out three times a week. And eat a lot during that time especially protein.  But make sure you are eating enough to feed your body and make your muscles grow.  You will put on some fat during that time but underneath will be some pretty ripped abs.  Once you have done that for a while, i would say 2 months maybe, then start dieting and running, along with continuing your ab workout, and watch the fat melt and the abs start popping out. That's haw most people do it.

  6. Well, to answer your first question i would say your going to need to do some cardio in order to get your belly fat down.

    Best way- Do a mixture of weight workout's combining cardio at the same time. This will work your ab muscles and loose your extra belly fat at the same time.

    So, the first way is to combine those 2 into one workout routine. Each day pick an ab exercise and then do it for 10 repetitions and take a break then repeat 2-3 times. After your done with that do the jump rope exercise for 20-30 minutes. This will minimize your belly fat and build your ab muscles up at the same time. Also if you don't the the jump rope workout's running for the same amount of time works great too.

    If you really just want to burn the belly fat and don't care about defining you ab muscles then just do alot of cardio like running, jump rope, and swimming.

    Also your diet should contain lots of protein like chicken and fish. Make sure you watch your calories and don't drink any soda. Plus try to stay under 22 grams of sugar a day.
