Check the volume on your soft-phone (menu - volume/headset control..).  

The speaker and the microphone should be set to about a third.

make sure you dont have your phone on mute.

get a real phone line.

that is a know problem with MagicJack!!

click on customer care and select MagicFix.....

go to there website and to the magicFix...that should do it...also make sure you don't use your MJ on the admin account....get another user account for it!!

I am not sure what a magic jack is but i have this problem with my touchscreen phone, my ear hits the mute button and I can hear who i am talking to but they can not hear me. So my advice is check the mute button or option
