yes, my hubby calls me that, ever since we started dating, so when he says my name, it sounds funny! but i think it's cute, it shows affection without being too sappy.

Yeah actually I do. Well I guess it depends on the guy. I don't want some old man calling me babe. In other situations with a hot guy my age it's a total turn on. I don't know why but it's just so affectionate and it makes me feel warm inside.
