  1. put alcohol  and peroxide on it and then turn it or twist it or push around and then it will feel better around week.

when my ears get sore like that i just that stuff on and move it side to side cause i have horse shoe's in and they are fine in like 3-4 days..

but never put alcholo or peroxide on a new piercing cause it will end up getting infected and ect but its a yr old then it won't bother it!

  2. If you're talking about a cartilage piercing, then I have a couple of suggestions. I had mine done years ago and it still hurts sometimes. first go to a health food store and get a bag of non iodized sea salt. tell them that you need it for an infected body piercing. Use a shot glass and put a tsp of sea salt in warm water. get a dropper and fill with the solution and drop on the irritated area. use a q-tip to really get it in there. use a new q-tip to spread a light layer of neosporin.

    hope this helps!
