The plastic loop for a camera strap on my Kodak Easyshare broke off. Any ideas so I don't lose my camera?

I use this point & shoot often near water or on the hiking trail and I don't want to risk dropping it off a cliff. Would a silicone skin help? Other solutions? The ring that held the strap was a molded integral part of the camera body. It snapped off and is now useless. Any ideas?

Some how fix a strap on to it, or You could search online and I'm sure somewhere you can buy plastic covers for your cameras which have straps with them :)

The picture may not be your camera but just search for one for yours :)

The part that broke is plastic.Plastic is not really repairable so get one of those cheap $6 camera cases with a strap and a belt loop.
