The pokemon in the temple in snowpoint city?

i wanna know what i have to do to get the pokemon i need.

but then like what to do afterwords.

inside the temple is a giant regiggas u need the three regis the awaken him ... regiggas is at level 70

In order to get Regigaggas you have to migrate Regice,Regirock,and Registeel from pokemon emerald/saphire/ruby. To migrate you have to complete the sinnoh pokedex.After that talk to pro.Rowan in Sandgem town and pro.Oak will suddenley burst through the door and will give you the national pokedex.After that you have to turn off your DS.Then you go to the starting screen[the part when it tells you the time and how long you played]and press down a few times and it should say migrate from ruby/saphire/emerald?And buy the way you need to have the three regis in pokemon ruby/saphire/emerald and it has to be in the GBA cartridge.If you don't have it in the GBA cartridge and you don't have all of the three regis than you can't migrate.

Warning! After you migrate your pokemon you can't get your pokemon back from diamond/pearl into ruby/saphire/emerald.

Anyway after you migrate your pokemon you have to go to pal park,which is located below sandgem town.Then you talk to the guy inside and he will let you re-catch your migrated pokemon.

And you don't have to catch regigiggas to fight the next gym leader.Proof:Regigiggas is at level 80.
