The poll results in my yahoo group identify me by email, I'd like to display "real name"?

Is there a way to achieve this? Instead of forcing all of my group members to identify each other by email address?

only you (owners and moderators) see the full addresses- members see as they would on the group, up to the @ and nothing beyond.
