The popular kids ask me to come to their party but......?

I wanted my friend to come but they said she's not cool so what should i do stay with my friend and go to the libary or hang with the cool kids at the party! p.s if i go to the party in school i will be a part of their group

Its your choice. this is a one time chance, b/c they probably won't ask you again if you stand them up, HOWEVER your real friend probably won't be your friend much longer if you ditch her for the popular kids. So you have to choose The popular kids who may not like you for you, or your true friend who will love ya no matter what.

Hang out with your friend at the library.Cool kids can be mean.Stay true to your friend.The cool kids sound like they are up to something bad.Groups can be mean also.If they were that cool,they would help your friend be cool.Your friend is wise to stay away from ignorant kids.Being cool isn't everything.Being wise is better,it keeps you out of trouble.

you don't need to go to a party just to get friends. stay with you're REAL friend that will like you wether you're popular/cool or just yourself. :)

Stick with your friends. Just by them telling you that you couldn't bring your friend tells you what sort of people they are.  I was popular in high school and a lot of my friends were that way. I never was. I would get so angry when they would put everyone down. There is no reason for that. What makes anyone more popular than the next? I got out of that click when I hit my senior year. I got shunned by them for refusing to act the way they did, but you know.....I knew I was the better person. Sometimes kids can't have the Abercrombie clothes or have the best or may not even be as talented as they are, but that doesn't make them any worse of a person. Stay with your friends. Once you get out of high school that popularity issue is completely gone. Your friends are more important than your image.

Be yourself! Don't go to the party just to be cool.

If you needed a friend to talk to. Who do you think would be there for you? Your friend? or the cool group?....Friends are friends thru thick and thin, remember that!

I know you shouldn't really be getting advice from random strangers but here I go.

You are only as cool as you think you are. As long as you live by your standards and morals you are more than cool enough. Being accepted in some "cool group" is stereotyping yourself as one of those pathetic ego mongering kids.

Relax think of your friend who wanted to hang out with you first. But if you actually know one of those kids real well and not like an acquaintance then you may want to go. Just keep in mind who you are and who you want to be.

If you're not already part of that crowd, why are they inviting you now?  What do they want from you?  Or maybe they just want to make fun of you.....  Stay with your tried & true friend, instead of the shallow, conceited crowd
