What are neccessary requirements for the position of a House mistress [house parent] in a boarding school please in united kingdom, and how may I be able to obtain a complete list of the GOOD schools and can the position be a paid one as well as accomm and food as well? [ What about in france....and perhaps teach english? Or sweden?]But 1st United Kingdom questioned answered please. thankyou.

I suggest you contact a few schools and ask!

There are state boarding schools as well as Independents, but I don't have details for those.

You probably want some secondary school teaching experience.

Anything which makes you stand out - wrote a book recently?

Also: you need a CRB check from the police here in the UK and I believe that you need to reside in the UK for 3 years prior to working with children / minors so that the police have some background to look at.

Also, do a Criminal Record check on yourself in your country before you land here. Some countries have basic and extensive checking options. You want the extensive check done.
