The power cord hard to unplug from back of tv for...

about two months ago i bought this tv, but now i want to mount the tv on a living room wall, the problem that i am having now is the power cord cable it's not easy to unplug from the back of the tv, i don't know if i am supposed to pull this cable real hard or there is another way to do this.
