  1. Catholicism is not the true Born again beleiving Godly church.

    ditto,

Born again beleive and live the BIble.

Catholics beleive and live of the eucharist and infant baptism, alcoholic wine, signs and miracles in the heavens, pardoning of pedophillia,

unmarried priests, calling a man "father" when only God is the Father of all mankind,

rituals of all nature, last rites, purgatory, spells (at communion bread)

    voodooism,

    you name it

every thing that God hates they accept openly and unashamedly, and somehow the followers

all take it in as Gospel and fully trust

the teachings and doctrines of de_ _ _ '_

Oh how they go ape, when one even dares to defend the King James Bible to them,

why is it that none of it's adherents even attempt to study the scriptures and

to be enlightened to the truth,,,,,,,,?????

  2. Ok, lets look at this argument made by someone(who if possible spells worse then I).

**First off, we are born again. Its called baptism.

    ditto,

Born again beleive and live the BIble.

**We do believe and live in the Bible. Everything we do is in the Bible.

Catholics beleive and live of the eucharist and infant baptism

**Christ gave us the Eucharist. Look at John Chapter 6. You are like the Jewish people at the time, you find the teaching hard so you deny it. Look at Acts for infant baptism. "Whole households were baptised" surly some of those households had children.

alcoholic wine, signs and miracles in the heavens

**Hate to tell you, Christ drank wine. Second, we don't drink wine in Church, it is Christ's very Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity we drink. And miracles happen. God is generous. Do you think he doesn't show himself any more?

    , pardoning of pedophillia,

**Far from it. Every human, Catholic or not in their right condemns pedophillia.

    unmarried priests,

*"To the unmarried and the widows I say that it is well for them to remain single as I am. But if they cannot exercise self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion" (1 Cor 7:8-9).

"Not all can accept this word, but only those to whom it is granted. Some are incapable of marriage because they were born so; some, because they were made so by others; some, because they have renounced marriage for the sake of the kingdom of God. Whoever can accept this ought to accept it" (Matt. 19:11–12).

Christ was unmarried, St. Paul was unmarried, St. Peter was a widower, all gave up something for the greater glory of God.

calling a man "father" when only God is the Father

    of all mankind,

**So what do you call the man whos sperm united with your mothers egg? We call him Father because he is like our biological Father in the sense he teaches us, nourishes us(Eucharist), helps us overcome our problems...etc. If you read on, it says call no man your Master. Well, Mister derives from the word master. So, you never use the word Mr. do you?

    rituals of all nature

***All sacred tradition conducted by the first Christians, so you are speaking ill of the Apostles.

    last rites,

**Its called Annointing of the Sick, which is found in the Bible.

"they cast out many demons, and anointed with oil many that were sick and healed them" (Mark 6:13).

Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will save the sick man, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven" (Jas. 5:14–15).

    purgatory

**Each man’s work will become manifest; for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done. If the work which any man has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward. If any man’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire" (1 Cor. 3:13-15).

"For if he were not expecting that those who had fallen would rise again, it would have been superfluous and foolish to pray for the dead. But if he was looking to the splendid reward that is laid up for those who fall asleep in godliness, it was a holy and pious thought. Therefore he made atonement for the dead, that they might be delivered from their sin" (2 Macc. 12:44-45).

    spells (at communion bread)

**I hate to tell you, the words a Priest uses are Christ's own words. And far from spells, it is calling down the Holy Spirit on the Bread and Wine to change it into the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Christ.

Oh how they go ape, when one even dares to defend the King James Bible to them,

***Yes because the KJV is a crappy translation. It has hacked out 7 books on top of changing words to fit wordly views. We had 1 Bible for 1,500 years, until some people decided they didn't like what it said. Christ did notith speaketh liketh thiseth.

why is it that none of it's adherents even attempt to study the scriptures and

to be enlightened to the truth,,,,,,,,?????

***We do. We are told to study the Bible, to understand the context in which each book and passage was wrote. We actually use our logic when we examine the Bible, no an unintellegant "black and white" view Protestants have.

  3. i don't think so

  4. Any Catholics who are also practicing paganism are doing so in violation of Church teaching. So, one cannot really be Catholic & pagan at the same time.

There are many out there who, for some mad reason, would love to think Catholics are paganists - in origin - if you can imagine!

Dont be mislead by these people. If a given practice is truly pagan, there would be written Church documents to prove the point. Ask anyone who makes such a claim to produce a copy of these written doctrines.

    They won't.

    They can't.

    It's that simple.

  5. Well, you do know there is the occult side of Christianity right?  There's Santeria, which is a Dominican religion that practice magic using Christian saints.  In Judaism, there's the Cabala which people seem more interested in than Judaism itself.

According to the Bible, any practice in the occult is "illegal".  However, as always, people often either listening to the Bible to the letter  (and become insane) or tend to ignore certain things in the Bible (and become hypocrites) b/c it infringes on their own personal beliefs such as tattoos which is also "illegal" .  There are people who study the significant meaning of Christ's words and actions for mythical purposes.  You can include numerology such as the significant of the number seven as it is seen as a complete number.  Also the fact that Peter denied Christ 3 times, there were 3 crosses made, and the 13th apostle was a traitor.

Christians practice paganism b/c they want something concrete and also eccentric and complex.  People are always interested in complex things b/c it makes themselves seem intelligent and make their religion more significant.  It is hard to go forever on faith alone.  Some people tend to be too strict with their faith that they don't want to read anything that they believe will hinder that faith.  Some people are not religious enough, but it takes practice to believe in something that seems not there.  This is why people need constant affirmation of their faith and if people can find through paganism then what the hey! They'll do it.   Without concrete reinforcing a person's belief, it is hard to believe in anything.

  6. celebrating festivals in honor to dead people just make people enjoy their worldly lusts, dancing, drinking wine, gambling etc....etc. wasting their time instead of focusing to the truth of Lord Jesus Christ, the One True Living God. Amen.
