When can we take advantage of the mortgage relief bill. How do we take advantage of it.

It is just help for deadbeats that should never have gotten a loan in the first d**n place.

I don't know the nuts-and-bolts of the bill. But your best bet if you need help would be to make an appointment with the manager at your bank and ask him/her. NOT necessarily the company that owns your mortgage--and definately not if that firm bought your mortgage from a previous holder of the note (the firms that are in the businesses of swapping mortgages are the cause of the problem--and most are not ethical. There's exceptions, but not many).
