The print shop 22, i need help editing a photo?

Ive had the software for a long time now, and i never use it. Well i want to edit some photos, and i need help. I want to edit some pictures that have acne on the faces, how do i do that? Like what tools do i use for it if its possible to fix.

does have some editing tools, along with templates and effects and graphics, great for making cards and effects,

check edit tools, may be basic for image editing

Never heard of Print Shop 22, but it Paint Shop Pro and PhotoShop, I use the clone brush, adjust the size, opacity, and hardness, and make the zits *poof* disappear.
