The prints are greenish. i

the prints are greenish. i tried to solved the problem by following the owner's manual and buying new MyPhotoMate cartridge and paper, cleaning the heads several times (at least 5 times, and doing "color" and "enhance- auto, and fixed." any other moderate repair or adjustment i can do? if none please tell me where i can send it for repair (if it is work it) thanks.
