The problem is that my computer will not save my settings for Skype talk and keeps reverting to mute. I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. there is nothing wrong with the microphone speaker as I had it tested. I am not very experienced with computers but maybe someone can talk me through the problem. Please help if you can.
