The problem is with my MSI laptop. When i turn it on the lights for the power come on but then it switchs off again within 5 seconds if it is on battery power and if i use the mains supply the laptop will stay turned on but the screen will stay black/switched off. It initally turned off unexpectedly when it was sitting playing music. I would greatly appreciate some help on this matter.Thank you
